TARA LEE - PREGNANCY YOGA
Tara Lee has been practicing yoga for 20 years and has been teaching yoga for 10 years. Tara teaches Dynamic Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Post Natal Yoga and Mummy and Baby Yoga. She has created 3 DVDs focusing on each of the pre and post natal stages making it easy for women to do yoga at home.
CHRISTIANE KERR - CHILDREN'S YOGA
Calm for Kids was set up by Christiane Kerr in 1999. It's aim is to promote yoga and relaxation for children and teenagers. She is committed to providing the highest quality training and development facilities giving teachers the necessary skills and tools to confidently teach yoga to young people.
JAMBO TRUONG-YOGA THERAPY
Jambo’s interests are in the connections between Ayurvedic & Traditional Chinese Medicine, Applied Kinesiology & Functional Anatomy. He uses his experience in the above combined with Ashtanga and Forrest Yoga to work with addicts, ME patients, sex workers, Hep C patients, homeless, young people's issues and probation clients. He is currently advising Yoga Alliance UK in setting standards for Yoga Therapy.
Dr BRIAN COOPER - YOGA and SCIENCE
Brian holds a doctorate in bio-physics and has long been fascinated by the yogic explanations of the human body and its functioning. He has been practicing yoga for almost 40 years and the longer he practices the more respect he gains for yoga. Brian believes that yoga is too valuable to be shrouded in half formed and vague theories, when it can easily stand up to the most rigorous scientific enquiry.
KINO MACGREGOR - ASHTANGA YOGA
Kino is one of a select few people to receive the certification to teach Ashtanga Yoga by its founder Sri K. Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, India. Perhaps the youngest woman to hold this title, she has completed the challenging Third Series and is now learning the Fourth Series.
