200 Hour Teacher Training, Goa, India

Himalaya Yoga Valley (RYS® 200 & 500) is one of India's premier yoga education centres. We offer year round Teacher Training Courses (TTCs) in our centres in Goa, McLeod Ganj, Chiang Mai and Cork, alongside a comprehensive program of drop in classes and specialist workshops that take place worldwide. Since our foundation in 2004, Himalaya Yoga Valley has been dedicated to sharing the traditional Indian teachings of yoga in a relevant and practical way for students to incorporate this knowledge into their practice, teaching and daily lives.

We deliver both RYS® 200 and 500 hour theoretical and practical TTCs and have graduated over 500 students from around the world. Our courses are internationally accredited with Yoga Alliance US, Yoga Alliance UK, Yoga Federation of India, Asian Union of Yoga, International Yoga Federation and World Yoga Council.
Teacher Training is led by expert teacher and director of Himalaya Yoga Valley, Yogacharya Lalit Kumar. Together with his specialist team of teachers he delivers comprehensive programmes that include Asanas, Pranayama, Kriyas, Anatomy, Ayurveda, Adjusting, Sequencing, Mantra Chanting, Meditation and other traditional and contemporary yoga techniques.

Also offered is a unique internship program to successful graduates of our TTC who wish to further their education upon completion of their training.
