Anahata Flow: This will be a powerful flow class looking at strengthening and lengthening through the frontal shoulders, abdomen and quadriceps. Strong standing sequences will create the foundation for the upper body to open up. Learn to strengthen your upper body and core while cultivating the patience required to bend your world back on itself. Ananda Flow: Hip opening and forward bending are both highly restorative and introvert and through this practice we will explore a flow class designed to warm the hips and increase strength. After warming the body we shall look at opening the hips and twisting the spine to create freedom in the lower back, getting deep so we can let go of all physical and emotional tension.
