This hatha flow workshop looks at different ways that can help us let go of stress, discomfort or negative thoughts which cause tension in our minds, as well as our spines.
You will learn how to open your heart centres and create mobility in the neck, shoulders, upper and lower back. We will carefully explore the spinal range of motion through easier postures and then gradually move through more dynamic and challenging asanas keeping an emphasis on backbends. You will experience freedom in the spine and physical body which are so closely connected to the workings of the mind.
This 2 hour asana practice will unravel your spine, release the worry from your mind and leave you uplifted with a positive outlook on life.
Open to yoga practitioners of all levels.
