Yoga Teachers Training

This is a 200 hour fully comprehensive Yoga teachers Training Intensive retreat. At the end of the program you will be certified and confidant to teach Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Our program covers the History and philosophy of Yoga, meditation, in depth study of poses, alignment, form, modifications and physical assists, applied anatomy and plenty of practice teaching. This is a life-changing event at a fabulous residential location.
