Union Yoga Training was the first teacher training offered in the UK based on Astanga Yoga, and has set the standard for in depth quality training ever since.

Many of today's yoga teachers have trained with Union Yoga and opened their own centres. Union Yoga Training is currently being offered at various locations in the UK as well as in Crete.
