I began teaching beginners Integral Yoga in 1999. In 2001 I completed the Intermediate training at Satchidananda Ashram/ Yogaville. In 2004 I completed an Advanced Interdisciplinary Yoga teacher training and the Pranassage training through Nosara Yoga Institute. I work as an occupational therapist, and use that knowledge in with my yoga classes; and I use yoga in with my occupational therapy sessions. My goal is to take a yoga therapy training (Viniyoga) and perhaps Yoga for the Special Child training (at Satchidananda Ashram) so that I can gain even more knowledge and experience in how to bring my OT and yoga together.
