I have been practicing yoga for 12 years, teaching Hatha and Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Ashtanga, Specialising Post-natal and Baby Yoga. I studied at Centered with Paul Dallaghan, as well as with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli at The Life Centre. I am also a qualified Thai Yoga Massage Therapist. Each class is dynamic, fun and empowering individuals to find inner strength and stillness.
