I recently returned from my Ashtanga teacher training in August 09, at the Zen Resort in Bali. I have been teaching 1-2-1 for about a year and also assisting at a beginners Ashtanga class. I now teach a multi level Ashtanga and Restorative class in Walton on Thames. Yoga has changed my life. I am passionate and honoured to be able to pass it on.
