Bruce has been practising yoga for over 18 years and teaching since 1999. He teaches from his own experience and has a unique gift for presenting yoga in a way that is easy to understand and is accessable to everyone. His classes are fun, challenging and instructive all in one. He is the co-founder of Union Yoga, Self Detox and The Yoga Shop. He is experienced in many therapies, meditation and mindfulness and is widely travelled from living in an ashram in India, to studying with Shamen in Peru, climbing the Andes at 17000ft and completing 28 day fasts in Thailand.
