I have been practising Yoga for over 10 yrs and originally trained in the Gitananda school of Rishi-Culture Astanga Yoga in 2005, culminating in a month-long stay at the Ananda Ashram, Pondicherry, India. I have since undertaken training in many styles of yoga including the ‘Hot Yoga Teacher Training Program’ – operated through the YogaHaven training school based in the UK.
I teach a non-dogmatic style of yoga drawing on many different yoga traditions. I gave up a high pressure career in Senior IT Management in 2009 to concentrate on teaching Yoga. I launched Yogafever Ltd in 2010 to focus on bringing the benefits of yoga to individuals, groups, businesses and sportspeople across Wales.
