Teacher Details

My Yoga journey began 14 years ago on the banks of the river Ganges in Rishikesh, India. I have been blessed with many wonderful teachers from east and west spending a total of 2 1/2 years in India studying and practicing up to now - delving deeply into yoga and meditation and finding it to be a powerful agent of change in my life.
I settled in Southampton and helped establish The Yoga Sanctuary where I taught and practiced therapy for 10 years. I am currently a director at Yoga Ananda Holistic Centre in Reigate Surrey, www.yogaananda.co.uk which is the largest holistic centre outside of London in the UK.
For me Yoga is not my job - it is my passion and driving force. It is not confined to my Yoga mat but permeates my entire life........
