I am a Hatha yoga teacher certified by the Yoga Academy, Yoga Alliance and British Wheel of Yoga. Through the teaching of a fluid form of yoga, I deliver to my students a sense of peace and well being. My main focus is giving the message of acceptance and love, which is one of the teachings she received and kept as a precious gift.
