The process of emotional healing must include the body and the mind as both are influenced when we are stressed, depressed, or anxious. If we only work with the body we miss the thought patterns that cause stress, and if we only deal with thoughts we ignore our biochemistry and physiology, which often changes during prolonged emotional distress. Appreciating the deep mind-body connection, Yoga for the Mind combines yoga therapy, with breath regulation, self-awareness practice, neuroscientific principles and psychotherapeutic holding. Our approach is compassionate, gentle, and scientifically sound.


We offer 8 week courses for those suffering from depression and anxiety. For a personalized approach we develop specialized programs for clients with various mental health difficulties, including PTSD, OCD, depression, anxiety and stress. Additionally Yoga for the Mind offers exclusive professional trainings in yoga therapy and mindfulness for healthcare practitioners and yoga teachers who would like to work in the mental health sector. Our next 250hr training is beginning in October in London.
