I have been practising Yoga for 20 years and teaching for 7 years. I teach comprehensive wholistic yoga, combining elements of vinyasa, scaravelli and Hatha yoga. Focusing on the learner's needs.
I teach at a post 16 college, recently gaining my certifcate in education. I teach around 12 yoga classes a week of mixed ability, gender, race, disability and belief. I have a purpose studio where I teach several students one to one. I also teach in certain student's homes, dependent on their needs.
