Founder of Figure Yoga. Founder of the Yogabode Studio Norway. Host of Yoga Baby TV (www.yogababy.tv - a free webshow for new mums). I teach Figure Yoga, Hot Yoga, Hatha, Zen Yoga, Dynamic Yoga, Ashtanga Variations, Creative Core Yoga and also teach Tai Chi Level One and am an Alexander Technique consultant (for posture and health). I also teach prenatal and post natal yoga and childrens and youth yoga. I also work with Organic Dance which is a mixture of yoga and dance. I take classes in the Derbyshire Area and am also available for private training and online teaching.
