My personal practice is often varied and dynamic. Sometimes, i enjoy flowing through asana's as if in a dance and other times, i enjoy staying in a pose listening toand experiencing, every movement and emotion. What i enjoy most, is the connection with the human spirit that practice brings. I share this same practice in class. Mostly, classes are energetic and i encourage dynamic movements from within. I am passionate about yoga practice because it never stops to bring joy to my life and i wish to serve it as it has me. Namaste.
