Luz’ love of yoga started in 1997, when she took her first classes in Holland. She believes that the powerful tools of Yoga can help you handle the daily stresses of life. Luz qualified with YogaFit in the U.S. YogaFit is an organisation that works with modifications in their postures to suit individual needs. Luz also qualified to teach yoga in pregnancy and yoga for kids through YogaFit. Additionally she took a yoga for kids teacher training course with Calm-for-kids in London. She is a mother of three and yoga helped her to relate to the world around her. She is hoping by giving the gift of Yoga to children and others that they themselves can handle life more creatively. Yoga changed Luz’ life and her love for yoga is so deeply integrated with whom she is that she would like to pass on her passion for yoga to others. Luz is fully insured to teach and enhanced CBR checked by Ofsted.
