I wish to share with you the power of Yoga and the healing therapy treatments I practise and how I can help you to get the most out of your life, balance your body, calm your mind and improve your health.
I have over 18 years experience in the health and complementary health field and am based in West Norwood, South London, SE27/SW16.
I teach Hatha/Sivananda Yoga classes , offer one-to-one tuition, small group classes and classes for corporate clients, as well as yoga workshops and yoga retreats in Uk and abroad. Drop in class below -
Tuesday 7.30pm-9pm - Hatha/Sivananda Yoga class
Knights Hall, 23a Knights Hill, West Norwood SE27 £10 drop in.
I teach Flowing Hatha Yoga with easy to follow, step by step instructions, drawing from different styles of yoga including Sivananda Yoga, Vinyasa for flowing sequences and Yin for meditative practice, balancing the dynamic power and flow, with the softness and stillness of yoga. I encourage each person to connect with his or her own body and mind with a strong focus on the breath, emphasising precise alignment and fluid movement and encouraging deep relaxation within. I hope to assist you to see your own unique potential through yoga and live life to the full.
