I’m a qualified advanced yoga teacher with more than 7000 hours of practice. I received my diploma at fitness centre Flex which is located at Stara Zagora, Bulgaria at 2001 where I worked with a lot of professionals. I always had profound interest in yoga, but in 1997/98 my interest grew into something much bigger and yoga became an essential part of my life. I was inspired Shri Aurobindo and Mer as well as the Fourth Way of Gurdjieff which is why my path in yoga doesn’t exactly have any particular course and it’s a mixture of a lot of different styles which combined bring me closer to my goal of accelerated evolution. In the course that i will be teaching student will have the opportunity to learn the following techniques Microcosmic Orbit Meditation, Kriya Yoga Rishi Isometrics,The six healing sounds ,Tantric Rejuvenation Positive, the Cosmic Cobra Breath, The five Tibetan rites and Hatha yoga asanas. This technique will let you feel increased LifeForce in your body’s reservoir. The aim of my teachings will be to transform the entire being and nature and combine them to create one being . Such as Sri Aurobindo and the Mother who didn't leave any particular style in yoga and taught us that surrender to the ‘higher' consciousness was the first and last condition of the supra mental yoga.
