Teacher Details

Hello! Sharing the Yoga practice is one of the great joys in my life. I am an advanced practitioner, completing the Advanced A and B series in the Ashtanga Vinyasa system. I have been teaching since 1995. My skill and style as a teacher comes from a devotion to and confidence in the effectiveness of the Ashtanga system as well as a willingness to let the ideas of the practice go and allow the moment to decide what is appropriate. I am well-known for my hands-on adjustments, with an intuitive understanding of how the body moves and a real talent at getting you into those postures you never thought you would be able to do on your own.

I teach private students, regular classes at Triyoga and The Life Centre, and I offer a comprehensive Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training in London. I am devoted to discovering and pushing the boundaries of our potential.
