I am a cover teacher at the Yoga Space in Leeds on a regular basis standing in for the Astanga and Vinyassa Flow classes. I also run the Post Natal yoga there as a Birthlight trainee on a Wednesday morning 11-12. Starting September 2010, I will be running beginners Astanga on Sunday evening 1800-1915 hrs.
I currently teach Astanga at The Forum Leisure club within Quarry House in Leeds City Centre on Wednesday evenings 1730-1830 hrs abd at David LLoyd Leisure Club, Leeds on Mondays 1930-2045 hrs
I regularly attend workshops around the country and enjoy a varied practise.
