I am a fully qualified, fully insured, first aid trained yoga teacher with over 3 years of teaching experience. I began practicing yoga over 10 years ago so I also have a wealth of knowledge and experience gained prior to my teacher training.

My teacher training was with Union Yoga under the instruction of Brian Cooper. I have also attended workshops with David Swenson, one of the world’s leading teachers.

I currently teach for LA Fitness in London.
