Victoria Cunningham-Downey is an experienced and qualified youth worker and yoga teacher who combined her skills to create the award-winning charity Stretch and Play where she worked with children and young people as well as their teachers. She is now working more specifically with adults through her new company Stretch NI where she aims to stretch your body AND your mind. Using her extensive and varied yoga training background Victoria offers a range of yoga styles to suit the audience as well as providing Pilates instruction and facilitating workshops for personal and professional development.
