Trainee Yoga Teacher (TYT)
If you are training with a Yoga Alliance UK Training Provider you are eligible to become a Trainee Yoga Teacher in Yoga Alliance UK's National Yoga Registry.
Trainee Yoga Teachers who apply for the Yoga Alliance UK Group Insurance scheme are permitted to teach only a maximum of 2 classes per week with the agreement of their Training Teacher. You will be covered as long as you let people know you are not fully qualified, stay in regular contact with their Teacher and they can charge a fee but not normally the same as a fully qualified teacher would.
