Yogamoo and Pregnancy Yoga is owned and run by Laurence Turner. Yogamoo teaches Pregnancy Yoga classes in Redhill and Reigate in Surrey near London in the United Kingdom.
Laurence first started her Yoga practice in Wandsworth in London in 2002. She enrolled herself with various teachers and classes several times a week. She attended courses, retreats and several Yoga and Meditation workshops in South London, some of which were based at the Putney Sivananda Centres and at that time became aware of their Teachers Training Programme.
Laurence continued to study and practice Yoga with Instructor Brenda Brown attaining a Yoga Alliance recognised Diploma. A little while after the birth of their daughter Luz, Laurence decided to qualify to teach Pregnancy Yoga and Children Yoga.
While expecting her second daughter, Laurence developed a complete pregnancy yoga course that is now available on-line at www.pregnancyyogaclasses and from Yoga Alliance.
Laurence’s book ‘Pregnancy Yoga with Laurence Turner’ is due to come out in November 2010.
