I am currently one of only 2 certified Anusara Yoga teachers in the UK, offering daily classes, workshops, retreats, private sessions, yoga therapy sessions, immersions and teacher training. I am available to lead workshops and trainings around the UK and Europe.
We have 3 other yoga teachers at the studio, all at various levels on the ladder of Anusara training. By the end of the summer all 3 should be registered Anusara-Inspired teachers.
The studio also has 3 (including myself) Pilates teachers offering classes, private lessons and apparatus 1:1s.
