Studio Details

Yoga Ananda Holistic Centre offers over 50 classes per week in yoga, tai chi, pilates and dance. There are also many different holistic therapies available. The first aim is to serve the local community, but the vision doesn’t stop there. We support Vanamali Devi's village project in Rishikesh, as well as the local charity St Catherine's Hospice.
With international speakers and teachers running programs and workshops at the Centre, Yoga Ananda Holistic Centre aims to make a real difference to people’s lives. We hope to raise the consciousness in this corner of England and also to take advantage of proximity to Gatwick Airport (20 min by train) to attract national and international students with world-class activities.


The Centre has spiritual connections to both the Sivananda, Kriya Yoga and Atma Kriya traditions, and welcomes teachers from all the differnt modern styles of yoga - so there is truly something for everyone. We have community meditation classes covering many forms of meditation practise, regular satsangs or get-togethers for spiritual seekers at which various topics can be discussed.
