I first started practicing yoga in the middle of 2005. Yoga was introduced to me by a friend as a most suitable remedy to cure my insomnia. After months of practicing regularly, I realized that my insomnia had been stopped. To continue on the healthy of physical and mind, I keep practicing Yoga.

Friends of mine, who had similar problems, asked me if I could teach them yoga. With regarded the great responsibility as a teacher and It would be unfair if teach yoga without having a fine knowledge. Therefore, I took the 260 hours Advance Practice Course with Adrian Cox, founder of Yoga Element Studio Bangkok in 2009 and a 200 hours Astanga-Vinyasa Teacher Training with the World famous Larry Schultz founder of the Rocket series and It’s Yoga in late 2010.
My instruction of yoga was influenced by several teachers I had been studying with. I provide an assistance includes the act of physically stretching, pressing, moving or touching while you are in yoga asanas. My aim of assisting is to take students deeper in the asana, correct postural misalignments, and encourage exploration and greater movement.
