Teacher Details

Based in London, I've been studying ashtanga yoga for 6 years. I've studied in Mysore, India with Pattabhi Jois and his Grandson Sharath on two occasions and have been fortunate to have practiced under other great teachers around the world including Rolf Naujokat, Radha Worrell and Paul Dallaghan.

I've been studying with Hamish Hendry at Ashtanga Yoga London for 5 years and recently started assisting students in the late morning Mysore practice sessions. I also recently completed a 200 hour teacher intensive with Richard Freeman at the Yoga Workshop in Boulder. Colorado.

I'm available to teach led ashtanga classes, introductory/ beginners ashtanga and to assist students in Mysore self-practice.
