I qualified with FRYOG 5 years ago and I am currently their representative in London. Our teacher training programme starts this year in SE1.

I also have spent time in India in an ashram where I gained a 2nd qualification and a real experience of what yoga is like to live.

I have taught a regular class in Buckinghamshire since 2008 and I am currently setting up a new class in London along with CPD days.

I am currently at University doing a Masters in Osteopathy and I am also a qualified Sports Massage Therapist
