Having competed in Gymnastics from an early age health and well being has always been important to me. I discovered Yogalates around 9 years ago and was immediately drawn to the blend of the spiritual, restorative aspects of Yoga with the core strenghtening and stamina building elements of Pilates.
This year I had the privilege of being personally trained by Louise Solomon, Founder of the Yogalates Programme and Director of the Yoga Pilates Teacher Training Academy.
I am very much looking forward to commencing Yogalates classes in my local area in September, details of which I will post on Facebook.
