Teacher Details

Allie is the founder of yogahaven and director of the yoga teacher training course. She has been teaching yoga for over a decade. Initially certified in Bikram Yoga, she taught in yoga studios around the world before returning to the UK to open first studio, yogahaven in Brighton in 2003.

Allie is a certified Ante-natal teacher and completed a foundation course in Yoga Therapy with the Bio-medical trust in London in 2007, where she has gained greater knowledge and the importance of yoga for managing health problems. She has completed workshops with Tony Sanchez (founder of the US Yoga association) in San Francisco, Anna Forest and is inspired by David Life and Sharon Gannon of Jivamukti yoga.

Allie has taught to a broad market of clients, including Zoe Ball, Sally Gunnell and spent two years teaching for premier league football team Aston Villa before moving down to Clapham. www.yogahaven.co.uk
