My experience in teaching yoga comes from exploring the present moment experience and years of working with problematic drug and alcohol users. My teaching comes from the tradition of Krishnamacharya and Buddhist Mindfulness, staying with the experience and capability of the student and not my own demands or expectations. Arriving in the present moment, however uncomfortable or unpleasant, is the key to waking up fully to our lives.
