A qualified fitness instructor from Scandinavia since 1984. After many years of teaching, Berta went on a mission to look for a total fitness workout that would be more challenging and calming for body, mind and spirit. After studying many different style of Yoga in Iceland,India,USA,UK, Berta has developed her own teaching style through her 20 years experience teaching all age and levels. Her simple yoga exercise techniques which she imparts in a dynamic, yet compassionate and playful manner and for creating beauty from the inside, and has been featured in news articles in Scandinavia and South of France.
