I began regular yoga practise in 2009, I was inspired by the benefits of yoga and the immense pleasure my practise brought to my life. After completing my Teaching Training in Kerala, India in 2011 I decided to share my love of yoga with others. Alongside my traditional study of Hatha Yoga, I like to incorporate my individuality and creativeness into my classes. I continue to explore yoga and well being, everyday is a new discovery.
