Recently qualified yoga teacher, strongly influenced by Anusara yoga and working towards Anusara-inspired status.

I was blessed to do my teacher training with Bridget Woods-Kramer and Jayendra Hanley, both Certified Anusara Teachers and Teacher Trainers. Bridget and Jayendra are the senior Anusara teachers in Europe, and among the most experienced in the world.

I have studied, and continue to study with internationally known an respected Anusara teachers including Sianna Sherman, Bruce Bowditch, Chris Chavez, Ross Rayburn, BJ Galvan and others.

I have a particular interest in yoga therapeutics, and in bringing yoga to people who may need particular support in their sadhana.

I offer love and respect to Bridget and Jayendra and to all my teachers, both on and off the mat.
