I first became interested in meditation in 1971, became a follower of Gurus Maharaji and Guru Maharishi Mahesh Yogi in the early 70's. Lived in a commune in Cornwall. Qualified as a teacher (Science and Maths) in 1978 and have taught secondary aged pupils until 2012, now semi-retired and teaching yoga in Spain. I rediscovered Hatha and reawakened about 9 years ago, qualifying as a yoga teacher in May 2009 although I had taught yoga since 2006. My classes are gently physically demanding and work from very deep within. I am currently teaching yoga in Guardamar del Segura, Costa Blanca, Spain.
