I have had a regular ashtanga practice for five years and am committed to my own practice and to living my life in the true spirit of yoga with an open heart and mind. I truly feel that the practice is a moving meditation and it continues to inspire me on a daily basis.

I completed my formal ashtanga yoga teacher training (Yoga Alliance RYT200) in 2010 with Ryan Spielman. My yoga teaching is true to the traditional ashtanga yoga system, I believe in the system and its benefits wholeheartedly and feel privileged to be able to share my love and experience of the practice.
