Previously a dancer, I completed my teacher training qualification at the International Sivananda Vedanta Yoga Centre, Netala Ashram, Himalaya, India in May 2009. I have now established a Health at Work lunchtime class with Bristol City Council and also joined Yogaprema as a cover teacher. I aim to empower students, challenging them to safely find their edge and expand themselves physically and spiritually through observation and facilitation assisting people to lead a healthier lifestyle and fulfilling life.
