Teacher Details

I have been an Ashtanga practitioner for five years under the guidance of Hamish Hendry. I have studied in India with Sharath Rangaswamy at the KPJAYI and have completed a teacher training with Ryan Spielman In London. I assist at Astanga Yoga London and at Triyoga.

As a trained social psychologist I have found that yoga extends beyond an intense physical practice into a more subtle form of calming and purifying the mind. I love teaching and sharing what I know with other people and try to teach in a relaxed and fun environment.
