Originally introduced to yoga during University days in Galway, Ireland in 1999, I have practiced Astanga, Bikram and Hatha yoga in New Zealand since 2006. Astanga became my love in Wellington in 2009, and after a trip to an ashram in Mysore I began to train with and assist my teacher Mike Bergman of Te Aro Astanga Wellington. Moving back to the Northern hemisphere in 2011 I took the opportunity to train for Knoff Yoga RYT200 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia at Yoga Shakti with Master Teacher Nicky Knoff. Knoff Yoga system is influenced by Astanaga, Ilengar and Bikram yoga, but is best described as a strong dynamic style of Hatha yoga. I am now based near Exeter in Devon.

I believe in yoga as a great tool in developing positive individuals, for a positive community to benefit a sustainable future.
