Teacher Details

Elinore has been practicing yoga for more than fifteen years and teaching for six. Early on she trained in the Bihar Yogic Tradition of Northern India and later was captivated by the strength and grace of the Ashtanga form, her daily practice during the past ten years. She journeys regularly to Mysore, South India, to study at the Shri K. Patthabi Jois Yoga School, as well as attending workshops for Ashtanga and massage with world-renowned practitioners.
Elinore teaches both traditional Ashtanga and more experimental Vinyasa forms. Her dynamic classes emphasize moving with awareness, building strength and breathing correctly while enjoying the experience of a meditative flow.
