I teach mainly on a one to one basis, teaching a Hatha, Restorative blend. I adapt the class around the students needs; whether they may need the nuturing effects of Restorative or an energy boosting back bending practise! Relaxation is a vital part of my class.
I am also qualified to teach pregnancy yoga and mother and baby yoga.I run a popular pregnancy yoga class each Wednesday 6:30 - 8:00 pm just outside the city of Lincoln.
In June 2010 I am attending various trainings for 9 days with Susi Hatley
I am also interested in Complementary Therapies and in August 2010 hope to qualify in Indian Head Massage.
