Teacher Details

I have been practicing Yoga for over seven years and dancing for as long as I can remember! My true passion in this life is the freedom and joy that can be found through letting movement flow through the body and the empowerment this brings into our everyday lives. A nomad at heart I have traveled to Asia to deepen my Yoga Practice many times. I have studied with renowned Ashtanga Vinyasa teachers, taken courses at the Himalayan Iyengar Centre, spent time in the Sivananda Ashram and completed my Yoga Teacher’s Training certificate with Yoga Life in Dharamshala, India. I also have a 1st Class BA (hons) degree in Contemporary Dance from The Place and a Post-grad diploma in performance from Transitions Dance Company, LABAN. I enjoy and teach various styles of Yoga but my aim is always to empower both the individual’ s physical body and their spirits too.
