Hi i'm Emma, a Yoga teacher from Worcestershire. I have been studying Hatha Yoga for the past 8 years as I used it originally to increase my flexibility after gym workouts, but as I practised I realised much greater benefits that Yoga brings and began to study Vinyasa Flow. Last year I decided to train to become a Yoga teacher as I felt I wanted to commit to Yoga full time and help others achieve the balance I have found through asana practice, breathing techniques and meditation. I am also a Reiki practitioner, clairvoyant and fully qualified personal trainer, I offer a 3 day detox course combining all of my services helping you to create balance in mind, body and spirit.
