“I find it very individual, some people come for the relaxation and meditation, some come for the holistic side and some just for the physical aspect. Take from it what you will but I believe that you get more from it than you think.”

I first started yoga when I was dragged to a class suffering with post-natal depression, at first I just didn't get it, the exercise yes but not the relaxation, then something just clicked and I was hooked.
