I am based in South London. I have been practicing and yoga and studying yoga philosophy for 10 years.

I am a vinyasa flow teacher and completed my RYT200 with Jacqueline Vidya Heisel of Froglotus yoga. I have been fortunate to travel the world and experience different people and cultures.
I am constantly learning and experiencing different workshops held by amazing teachers, that have inspired me on my journey.

Yoga is something for everyone and I want to share my love and experience with others.
