Fay teaches many classes of varying styles, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Mixed flowing, Slow and precise. Her passion is with the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga. She taylors her classes to suit varying levels of ability and ages. Fay runs holidays around the world and holds regular worskhops in Coventry. Fay always ensures her students have a memorable time in her classes, as she adds the element of fun and a little cheeky humour! Fay is passionate about yoga and loves to see her students benefit from a regular practice, not just physically but emotionally too.
