Flavia Eberhard has a background in the fashion industry where she worked as an international model since the age of 17.

A scuba diver and underwater enthusiast, she found a new love in Freediving in 2008, soon qualifying as an instructor and competing on the international level. In this sport a total balance between the mind and the body is necessary in order to rapidly slow down the breathing and heart rate to save energy while remaining powerful enough to emerge from great depths and overcome the pressure of the water.
As an instructor and coach with freeedivecenter.com, she has helped many athletes overcome their physical and mental limitations to enjoy themselves underwater.

Flavia has been introduced to Yoga in Brazil in 1998 and since then it has been part of her life. Trough the years she participated in Ashrams around the world and trained various different styles of Yoga including Swasthya, Hatha, Karma, Ashtanga, Acro, and Kundalini. Through this journey, she has learned that the study of Yoga and oneself never ends.

As a Power Yoga instructor she brings together her experiences in an approach, which aims to help the student reunite mind and body.

She believes that, by drawing awareness to one's breathing, one can overcome fears and limitations on the physical and emotional level. Her sports and modelling background gives her an extensive understanding of people's potential to improve body conditioning while de-stressing and finally achieving happiness and satisfaction within oneself.
